The United Kingdom has reached a state of crisis in regard to multiple affairs concerning child welfare, public health, and safety. In March 2020 21,498 knife crimes were recorded, as just the latest highlight of a long-term problem centred in urban areas. As such, we have an international athlete and long-jump star personality who has been working with Sports For Champions UK for almost a decade leading an Anti-Knife Crime Workshop. With first-hand experience and a brilliant story to complement this bespoke programme, was designed to go beyond educating our audience. This series of events is intended to change lives.
The move to high school, exams, peer pressure, modern lifestyles, family homes, and local communities all impact our children greatly each day. Our Resilience Workshop syllabus enables sustainable growth and development to keep children ahead as the champions of tomorrow. Children are empowered on this programme over two days with an inspirational athlete, covering a variety of key topics with our tailor-made workbook as a critical resource. They will conclude our workshop with a strengthened state of mind and a more confident outlook.
