I represented Great Britain internationally from 1997 – 2016 as well as being a Commonwealth Games in Manchester in 2002 and in Melbourne in 2006. I’m the current Welsh record holder in high jump at 2m and 25cm and I was also the Welsh High Jump Champion for 11 years straight. Being a high jumper I have to maintain a slim and light physique, so I always eat healthily. My diet consists mainly of fruits and vegetables and I also enjoy helping and advising others on how to live a healthy lifestyle in my spare time.
