In 2010 I made my first senior international, the World Indoor Championships in Doha and after this I decided to make a big move from Birmingham to London to train with Linford. This is where I really started to perform. In 2011 I won gold and silver at the European Under23s. In 2012 I became an Olympian, a childhood dream come true, and in 2014 myself and the person running 4x400m came second in the world to win silver in the World Indoor Championships in Poland!!!
However, in 2013 I sustained a stress fracture in my back (L5), which I returned from but in 2014 I pulled both my hamstrings, then again in 2015-2016. I made a full recovery in 2017 but I was starting from scratch. 2018 started so well but I pulled my adductor early in the season. Now I am healthy, wiser and looking forward to what the future holds! My aims for the coming season are to compete at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow 2019 and the World Outdoor Championships in Doha 2019 where it all started.
