How I started
I did many different sports when I was younger, it eventually got to a point where I had to choose which one to focus more on. I saw a group of older gymnasts doing some amazing flips and I knew I wanted to carry on doing gymnastics.
My Greatest Challenge
Coming back from an injury was always difficult, my ankle injury was the worst and I had just been selected for the Youth Olympic Games. Finding out I couldn’t compete was a big challenge, but I continued and gained a scholarship in America.
- British Junior Champion

I love creating and designing! I also enjoy bike riding on occasions. I went to college on a gymnastics scholarship and studied Interior Designer at Bowling Green State University. I often coach at Heathrow Gym Club.
I follow a healthy diet! In the morning, I normally eat eggs on toast and a banana, for lunch I will have pasta, a sandwich or salad and for tea I will have chicken, rice and vegetables.
