I have been training with both my father and my older sister since I was 4 years old. One of my main ambitions was to win gold medal in the Commonwealth Game. Under the coaching of my older sister, Louise Renicks, I won the Commonwealth gold in the Women’s Under 48kg Judo event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Since the beginning of my career I have won over 15 World Cup medals with victories in Birmingham (2009) and Apia (2013) and I won the British Open in 2013 and 2015. My next plan was to compete at the Commonwealth Games that was held in Queensland, Australian but unfortunately, my sport wasn’t chosen as a sport to run. I recently travelled to Tel Aviv to compete in the European Championships.

"Agree an inspiring visitor, loved her accent and her words were motivating.... as her aim would be to coach kids in the future would be great for her visit to have included some workshops to teach some basic moves because the children loved watching her in action on you tube....... or be able to follow up by us offering a judo club in school?
"Thank you for organising. I felt inspired....and very unfit after 4 minutes"!
